Have you guys heard of Cocovan before? I just found her not too long ago, and I'm a little addicted! I can't dig up any bio on her, though, other than what's on her MySpace page. It says she resides in France, she's 21 and began writing songs at 16. That's it. Her tiny voice is really nice, though! And how incredibly pretty is she?! Check out the video below of her song, High.
